   My stupid neighbor (D Luering) kept his “W” flag up during their 8 game losing streak. (And yes he was home). I overheard his 11 year old son ask him if the Cubs won after they lost the 7th in a row. If you are gonna have a “W” flag know when to hang and know when to take it down!
