Ballpark Village has a use
When the new “Busch Stadium” was built in St. Louis they had grand plans of building up “Ballpark Village” across the street where the old stadium sat. Well, this land has sat empty for over a year now and I think the Cardinals are still planning on some of this being done before this years All-Star game.
But, in the meantime, looks like they found very good use for this land – Hating on the Cubs! Check it out.

Hey now, the village has come a long way. At least the large hole in the ground that we affectionately called “the swimming pool” has been filled in. It’s a start.
Love the message in the snow. Looks like a true Hater has been at work. May the Hating never stop!

The first year the stadium was opened it hosted which shut up Cub fans for a few days, then they started on the ‘they got lucky’, ‘this is our year’, ‘you are bandwagon jumpers’ and blah blah blah.

haha “they got lucky” That has to be the most retarded thing I’ve ever heard not only Cubs fans but anyone say about the 06 Cardinals. They seemed to forget the Cards had the reigning MVP and Cy Young Award winners AND that they had the best record in the major leagues in both 04 and 05! And anyone who says they only won the series because of Tiger’s errors…haha…well they’re ignorant too! Even without the errors the Cards would’ve still won games 1 and 3 easily…then either game 4 or 5 would’ve been tied going into the bottom of the ninth and the other game the cards would’ve still won by one! Ignorance amazes me. Go Cards, Go Brew Crew, Go White Sox and anyone playing the Scubs.
