So Zambrano and the Cubs lose another game and Carlos apparently isn’t happy with Cub Nation. In the post game press conference he said,
“These fans are supposed to be the best in the baseball. Today they showed me they care only for themselves.”
Carlos - you are preaching to the choir! You should have signed your big deal about 5 hours south if you were looking for the best fans in baseball.

brings up a great point that they were discussing on radio this morning. Is anyone un-booable these days? Or is everyone fair game? Has Zambrano done anything to deserve that kind of status?

Zambrano deserved to get boo’d, plain and simple. He hasn’t attained higher-than-jesus to his team (ie: Jeter to the Yankees, Big Papi to the Sox), therefore he is boo-able. He has been absolutelly dreadful after his last 5 starts, and has done the exact opposite of wha we expected from him after we shelled 19 MILLION PER YEAR to him.
That being said, I fully expect him to right the ship as all aces do eventually, but he needs to grow up.
