You all catch wind that the Cubs signed pitcher, Shingo Takatsu earlier this month?  Uh oh.  Look out. Maybe he is going to be Fukudome’s mentor or something.  Even Cub fans agree that this guy is a minor leaguer at best.  Yuck!

It was a minor league contract. He won’t make the team.

I’d also say it’s highly unlikely he’d make the team.
