You can beat the Brewers but not the PIRATES?

Come on Chubbies… This is your whooping grounds. At home vs. the minor league team called the Pirates. You can go into Milwaukee and hand it to them 4 in a row but then lose to the lowly Pirates at home?!?!? YIKES. Where are you Cub fans tonight? Huh? Anywhere? Just felt like trashing a bit so there you have it.

In other news. What do you guys think about Griffey to the Sox?

Cub haters! Talk smack about the terrible Cubs on our Facebook Page!

The Scub talking heads, Bob & Len (2 more devoted sheep can’t be found) said after the sweep that the Scubbies had just made a statement. Wonder what their statement today would be? “D’oh!”, maybe?

They can bear the Brewers but not the Pirates. They can’t beat the Astros either! I keep saying this is how and why the cubs WILL NOT make the playoffs! St. Louie and the Brew Crew stay close, they can still overtake the northside posers!

What do I think of Griffey? He can provide another power threat and help us in center field. 3 years later, and Aaron Rowand still leaves a void. Hopefully, Jr. can give us a boost down the stretch. With the twins losing to the lowly Mariners, the Sox are back in first!

Go Go White Sox and whoever plays the cubs (flubs)!

This post is about a month old but I’m still going to make a comment on it. It basically shows you havent had much to write about this summer. I think everytime the Cubs lose a game, you should write a story about it. By the way, the Cubs finished the season 14-4 against Pittsburgh.

Wow, that’s an accomplishment, beating the Pirates!! Most high school teams can beat Pittsburgh.

Just commenting on the lame post. I guess the Cardinals couldnt do well against a high school team either. (7-7 vs. Pirates so far)

    They’ve lost 4 in a row. Zambrano is such a cry-baby.

Now 5 what? Oh you must be talking about their division lead.

    Now they’ve lost 8 out of 9.
Too bad the Brewers aren’t winning. It almost seems that none of the teams in the NL Central want to win the division.
