This is classic.  Freddy Garcia, pitcher for the Chicago Whitesox, took a page out of our book talking about the Cubs Sucking.  At the annual SoxFest Freddy Garcia says, and I quote…

“Fuck the Cubs Mother Fucker”

Whoa Freddy!  Don’t hold back.  Think he was a little under the influence?  Regardless, he’s right!  Freddy Garcia is the new Cubs Suck Club favorite player!  Hear it for yourself!

Pulling a Cub- v.; adj., pul ling a c u b-

1. To say something stupid or act in a foolish way, much like the Chicago Cub’s fanbase.
2. To keep believing even when your favorite sporting team sucks.
3. To lose an easy game or choke with a big lead.
4. To win an easy division and brag about when your counterparts are winning a much more difficult division.

There will be no singing at Wrigley today.  Put that dumb song to rest Cub fans because the Orioles finally put you in your place.  Yeah, they had won 14-15-whatever in a row at home… Yeah, they might have the best record baseball… Yeah, they might have swept the Whitesox… Yeah, yeah, yeah…

All those positives and they are still just a few games ahead of the Cardinals and another few ahead of the Wild Card.  With over half a season to go – this could be a dissapointing ending for the North Siders.  Big Zambrano out… OUCH!  Soriano gone – they won’t admit it – but OUCH!  Watch, Aramis or DLee will go cripple here soon.  Probably Aramis as he always spends a week or two vacation on the DL.

Also, how are you going to handle the rigorous 2nd half schedule on the road?  To date they have played 41 home games and just 36 road games.  16-20 on the road?  YIKES!  Just preparing you Cub fans for a long 2nd half of the season.  Don’t say we didn’t tell you so.
